Our referral programme offers a straightforward way to introduce customers to Dog Photography Glasgow, with a thank-you payment for every successful introduction.

The programme

A Simple Way to Work Together.

The programme is open to dog walkers, dog groomers, dog daycare providers, pet businesses and other suitable local businesses working with dog owners.

£25 Per Successful Referral

Receive £25 for each eligible customer you introduce who completes and pays for a photography session.

No Minimum Referrals

There’s no requirement to introduce a certain number of customers.

12-Month Referral Protection

Each introduction is protected for 12 months from the date we receive it through the referral form. If the customer completes an eligible paid photography session within that period, the referral qualifies for payment.

Straightforward Payments

Referral fees are paid by bank transfer following verification that the customer’s photography session has been completed and paid for.

How the Referral Process Works

Introduce Your Customer
Speak with someone who may be interested in arranging a professional dog photography session. Confirm that they are happy for their contact details to be shared.

Submit the Introduction
Complete our short referral form with your business details and the customer’s contact information.

We Take It From There
Once the introduction has been reviewed and accepted, we’ll contact the customer directly to discuss their photography requirements.

Receive Your Referral Fee
When the customer completes and pays for an eligible photography session within the agreed referral period, we’ll arrange your £25 referral payment.

Draft terms

Referral Partner Terms

These terms are draft commercial terms, pending review and approval before publication as a binding agreement.

Eligibility: Referral partners must be suitable businesses or individuals approved by Dog Photography Glasgow. Submitting a referral does not automatically mean it has been accepted.
Referral Registration: Introductions must be registered through our referral form before the referred customer books a photography session.
Existing Customers and Duplicate Referrals: No referral fee is payable for anyone who is already our customer, is already in contact with us, or has already been introduced by another partner. Where more than one partner introduces the same person, the first valid introduction wins. Our records decide which introduction came first.
Referral Protection: Each introduction is protected for 12 months from the date we receive it through the referral form.
Referral Fees: The referral fee is £25, inclusive of any VAT, for each referred customer who books and pays in full for a £149 photography session within the protection period. Only one fee is payable per referred customer.
Payment: Referral fees are paid by bank transfer within 30 days of the end of the month in which the referred customer’s session takes place, once the session has been paid in full.
Refunds: No referral fee is payable if the customer is refunded. If a refund happens after a fee has been paid, we may deduct that amount from future referral payments.
Customer Permission: By submitting an introduction, you confirm that the customer asked for, or agreed to, their details being passed to us, and that they know we will contact them about their enquiry. You must not submit anyone who has not agreed to be contacted.
Referral Disclosure: You agree to tell the customer that you may receive a referral fee for introducing them to us.
Independent Business: You act as an independent business, not as our agent or employee. You cannot make promises, offer discounts or enter into agreements on behalf of Dog Photography Glasgow. You are responsible for your own tax on any referral fees received.
Changes and Ending the Programme: We may change or end the referral programme by giving 30 days’ written notice. Referrals made before the change or ending will be honoured under the terms that applied when they were made.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
