The Gift of a Portrait

Some gifts are opened, enjoyed and forgotten. This one hangs on the wall.

Most of us know someone whose dog is their whole world. The friend who plans holidays around them, the parent who calls their dog "the baby", the couple whose puppy has just arrived, or the family whose old boy is slowing down and greying around the eyes. For them, a beautiful portrait of their dog is about as personal as a gift can be.

Our gift vouchers are not a monetary amount and have no cash value. Each is a planned photoshoot plus the artwork agreed with you, so the person receiving it has nothing to think about except enjoying it.

You tell us a little about who it's for, their dog and roughly what you'd like to spend. Together we'll decide what the gift includes: the photoshoot, and the finished artwork they'll receive afterwards, whether that's a framed portrait for their wall, a handmade photo album or a collection of digital photographs. Everything is settled in advance, so there's nothing left for them to pay.

They'll receive a beautifully presented gift card, describing their photoshoot and what's waiting for them at the end of it. It never shows a price.

When they're ready, we'll arrange their complimentary consultation, get to know their dog, and plan the session around them, just as we would for anyone else. Within 2 to 4 weeks of their session, their photographs will be ready in their own private online gallery.

Birthdays and Christmas. A new puppy or a newly adopted rescue. An anniversary of the day they came home. A dog in their golden years, while there's still time to capture them as they are. Or simply to say thank you to someone who deserves it.

Gift vouchers are paid in full in advance and are valid for 6 months from purchase, with the session taking place within that time. If the person you're gifting would like to change something, we'll talk it through with them within what was agreed. Just let us know the date you need it by, and we'll make sure the gift card arrives in time.

Delivery is charged separately and confirmed with you before you order.
