Puppy Portrait Sessions in Glasgow
New Adventures — Puppy Photography in Glasgow
They won’t stay little for long.
From their first adventures to their growing confidence, the puppy stage is full of moments worth remembering. Our outdoor portrait sessions are designed to capture your puppy as they are, with plenty of time to explore, play and settle into their surroundings.
A Session at Their Pace
Puppies aren’t expected to sit still, follow commands or behave perfectly. We adapt the experience to suit their age, confidence and energy levels, giving them space to explore and time to rest.
Time to Explore
We allow your puppy time to become familiar with their surroundings before beginning photography.
Regular Breaks
Sessions are relaxed, with opportunities for rest, water and treats whenever needed.
Natural Portraits
We capture your puppy’s individual character without expecting them to sit perfectly or follow commands.
Safety First
Your puppy remains under your supervision throughout, with leads used whenever appropriate.
What to Expect
Every puppy is different, so we begin by giving them time to become comfortable with their surroundings and the photographer.
Throughout the session, we’ll capture a mixture of natural portraits, gentle movement and playful moments, adjusting our approach to suit their personality and confidence.
Some of the most characterful portraits happen when they’re simply being themselves.
Preparing for Your Puppy Session
Bring favourite treats, a familiar toy and some water, with a simple collar and lead where appropriate. Allow time for toilet breaks and avoid excessive exercise immediately beforehand so your puppy arrives with energy to enjoy the session.
Make sure your puppy is comfortable travelling to the location. We’ll talk through any concerns during your consultation, and our preparation guide has further practical advice.
Good to Know
Outdoor Photography & Vaccinations
Our puppy portrait sessions take place in public parks, woodland and other outdoor locations around Glasgow.
Before booking, please confirm with your veterinary practice that your puppy has completed their primary vaccination course and is permitted to attend the chosen outdoor location. By booking, you confirm that they are cleared for public outdoor areas based on their vaccination status and veterinary advice, and are fit and healthy enough to attend.
Owners remain responsible for their puppy’s health, welfare, supervision and handling throughout the session.
After Your Session
Following your session, we carefully select the strongest photographs and professionally prepare them for your private portrait reveal.
At your reveal, you’ll view this curated selection and choose your favourite photographs. The portraits you choose for your artwork then receive their final, detailed retouching before being prepared for printing and production.
